I don't have any experience with the Ronsens. But a
while back, Roger Jolly had recommended them for replacement of the rocks on
our Baldwin Ls in our practice rooms. I called Pianotek to find out
prices and when I explained what I was after, they told me that the Ronsen
Werzens were definitely NOT what I was looking for if I didn't want to fight
harsh tone in a practice room. They said those hammers were very hard and
I would be constantly needling them.

I still haven't gotten around to replacing them. Got
pushed down the priority list. But its going to have to happen someday
soon, either by me or somebody. Those practice room hammers are about 13
years old now.
