follow their instructions. They differ. Personally, I ask the tech
to number all the keys, box them up with padding of some sort (newspaper, foam,
peanuts, whatever). Then take the box unsealed to UPS. Buy two
labels, one to put on the box to ship to the keytop person, and one placed
inside to return the box upon completion, along with a check for the work
done. Then seal and send. If you are using the postal service, find
out what the shipping cost will be, and add it to the check you are
enclosing. It seems to work and makes it simpler for both.
