And what will happen when (not if), some future administration decides that colleges still aren’t doing a good enough job, and decides that it has to monitor and mandate course offerings, required courses, and course content? Anybody that says “That will never happen” gets a pie in the face.<BR>

By the way, can anyone cite where in the Constitution the federal government is delegated the authority to do any of this, or even have a Department of Education in the first place? Not that anybody in DC gives a rat’s a** about the Constitution any more, just for sake of entertaining discussion.<BR>
