Might be a good time to adopt the guiderail re-capping system shown by
the techs at the Steinway/Oberlin week this past summer. Although I
missed the presentation I believe it consists of using the sawing off
the old "cap" and using it only as a pattern for the new one. I think
Ric B. may have seen it and if so perhaps he can provide details.<br>
