<div>Ahhh, now I remember. A drift punch has the same size shank instead of tapering like a finish nail setter. The finish nail sets have a dimple on the end and the drift punches are flat. I had the drift punch want to slide off the end of the wire and gough out the hole. I took the small finish nail set (easy to find tool) and a file and removed the taper for the width of the damper head. </div>
