<DIV>Tennis is a visual game. You will lose if you plug your ears. The ears tell
you how hard the ball is hit before you can tell visually. I know where my
partner is so I don't have to look behind me. The sound of a fast moving car
will get you out of the way faster than looking at it. Hearing is directional.
You can't tell which direction gunshots are coming from with only one ear that
works. For that reason you are 4F. For you younger folk, 4F was for purposes of
the draft. You are considered physically unfit to serve in the infantry. </DIV>
