<DIV>Hey Wim, sometimes it just takes educating folks. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>At the start of every school year when I was on staff at a =
university, I
would send out a very welcoming, upbeat memo to the staff =
and
faculty. It contained information on care of the pianos and what =
information I needed from them to schedule service for studios, =
classrooms and
concerts. I also asked the director of the school of music to =
put the
subject on the faculty meeting agenda (just in case they didn't read =
my
memo). To reach the students with whatever information I wanted =
them to
have, I made various posters and placed them in practice =
rooms, back
stage and in the student lounge area. Every once in a =
while I
would need to squeak, but tried to be nice about it. :-)</DIV>

<DIV>Thanks for the answer Rick. I don't know if that will work here =

Hell, even our brand new B and D on the stage get treated like they =
