quick-release sailboat shackle pin. It works like a cotter pin, =

what holds it in place are two spring-loaded tiny ball bearings at the =
end of
the shaft, released by an internal plunger. I don't know if they =
make them

holes in the capstan and place the tool (chucked into my cordless =
drill) onto
the capstan making sure the screw gets up into the cutter slot on the =
