because of what I have seen on sales floors, I have pulled the =
actions of
the ones being considered, just to have a look. I've seen pianos =
with one
lone hammer 30% smaller than the rest, or C88 filed down to the =
underfelt/nearly
wood. I've also seen hammer lines altered in weird abrupt ways =
within a
section, etc. I think it's just good to take your time, check =
basic
geometry or regulation to see if anything unusual exists, you'll be =
stuck later
to keep it up : ). You just never know what "oops" may be =
hidden...
Of course, if you find an "oops", you have to ask if this "oops" =
matters.

but I think I do know a great piano when I hear one. Both profs are =
quite
talented so I should be spending most of my day listening. Any and all =

B's (these
were taken on order - no selction involved) and all three are quite =
different
pianos. We've also received three Boston GP-178's and several Boston =
uprights.
The Bostons were considerably more prepped than the =
