<DIV><SPAN class=781290604-23022005>There was a Rebuilder's Gallery in =
Providence, RI in 1998 designed by Evelyn Smith and put together with a =
bit of
help from here. The space lent itself to creative use and Evelyn had the =
vision
and courage to implement the program. We also had a smaller scale =
version in
Crystal City, VA in 2000 where David Hughes and Shawn Hoar brought and =
showed
recently rebuilt Mason & Hamlin BB grands. Also, Jack & Rick =
Wyatt
brought some interesting pianos to show as well. Laura Olsen coordinated =
a mini
concert at each break and did a great job. In recent years there have =
been space
issues that have made such a display difficult. I would love to see it =
again but
I am glad I won't have to meet Chris Robinson's tuner at 5AM
again....</SPAN></DIV>

rebuilders hall of fame in Maryland & somewhere else & I =

there although not displayed . There were displays of =

Hughes & several others whom, I don't recall & I can =
tell you
the buzz & the interest was very great on the part of other =
Technicians in
attendance there. </FONT></DIV>

& not
enough show so when the show happens there is considerable support =
&
enthusiasm for the guys & there pianos displayed. It also =
puts feet
& reality to all the things we spend hundreds of hours learning. =
It's huge
Show & tell. & is inspiring to others including me. Inspiring =
enough
to challenge the next genreration of guys to step up a see its' =
possible.
