to NOT be able to strike up a decent conversation with your coworkers =

they don't have time for you and think you are lower =

schools. While we have some colorful people, I’d have to say =

our faculty is a very collegial group easy to work with and =
pleasant. I
can’t think of anyone with whom I have not had a pleasant chat =
periodically.
I’d like to think this is common at other schools but perhaps it =
