<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Started out in Michael Wathen's =
wood-heated garage
in Sioux City, IA. Did finishing in the dead of winter. =
Would get
the place as hot as we could, kill the fire & then shoot the =
piano.
Even then I didn't subscribe to the Big Bang theory. (Come to =
think of it
now, I should have just shot some of those PSO's!) It cooled off =
so fast
that the laquer on the edges away from the fire would sometimes blush
anyway. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Had no tilter at the time, so I would =
lay the
things down on their backs to string, etc. I remember trying to =
get an
ex-player set back up by myself. I had straps around the back =
posts (at
least I thought that far ahead) to lift it up again. I did okay =
until Igot
it high enough to hit the wheels, then it would take off. =
Should have
waited to repair those casters. I finally chased it into a corner =
where I
could get the toe blocks against the wall to stop it so I could get my =
hands
under it to pull it upright. Probably the beginning of my back =
&
shoulder trouble! What a Pig!
:-) Wasn't nearly as funny then!!</FONT></DIV>
