For what's worth, I don't use any type of glued paper. I use card stock
or plain paper. I know it doesn't adhere to the flange, but I don't want
it to. I can remove the paper a lot easier if it didn't work.<br><br>

The gummed paper will not stick until mother nature has had time to
work. You are not meant to wet it. The advantage of gummed
paper it stays put if you have to remove the hammer shank etc at a later
date.<br>
