The heat is constant, but the changes in humid= ity are not controlled as well as they should be. If you might recall, I posted several years ago that the building was getting better system, to the t= une of $1.5 million. As far as we can tell, the only thing that has changed is t= hat now a central computer controls the HVAC system in the building, instead of every classroom, studio and practice room having it's own control.
