attempting to tune maybe two notes on one of them during the summer, I =
realized
it was creating some form of interference "wave" and turned the the =
darn
thing off. Since then, I've had to do that perhaps once or =
twice a
year (though the interference pales in comparison to the siren-like =
screeches
emitted by cockatoos and the like...my ears are still numb from one a =
few days
ago. It was like having an ice pick jammed into my ears....)</DIV>

noises after I finish tuning their pianos, and to this point I =
wondered if
it signified some form of complaint. But now I know it's =
merely an
emotional expression inspired by the piano being in tune.</DIV>
