Inform the school what you have found to be the problem,= but that the rebuilder should be given the opportunity to make it right. Ma= ybe they will give you   permission do the work, and pay you for i= t. If they won't accept responsibility, at least you have made the school aw= are that the piano does have some problems that need to be taken care of. An= d last, if the rebuilder won't accept responsibility, make sure you let the = school know what you have found, and what it will take to make it right, and= get their permission before doing anything else..
