the
keys in clamps, but insert bushing cauls so the following step will =
work, then
turn the set over and insert the correct size pin. (We keep sets just =
for this)The
cauls are simply to stop the pin from falling out. Then I apply weak =
glue
sizing. The hole will close in around the pin with very little easing =
needed.
(Let it dry overnight) The entire process (minus some easing) takes less =
than
ten minutes with exceptional results. One problem is that with the new =
Kawais (UST7s)
the company won’t sell me a set their new size pin!! (What’s =
up

know this, but I'm having trouble glue sizing my balance rail =

excess, and
then put the key back on the balance rail. I wipe off the glue =
comes out
the top. After the glue dries, there are three problems. 1. the =
balance
rail punching is sometimes glued to the bottom of the key. That's an =
easy fix.
2. The glue at the top of the pin dries to the bushing. When I remove =
the key,
sometimes the bushing come off and I have to rebush. 3. I have to clean =
the
glue off the balance rail. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
