I have read that the vertigris has migrated into the wood of the butt and
flange<br>
and will reappear in about ten to fifteen years.<br>

The only way to totally eliminate it is to replace the parts. But
look at the rebushing<br>
experience you now have.<br>

Do the jacks too, don't quit now.<br>
