They are a bit small so you will need to fill them regularly if you do a lot of lacquering. The nozzles are thin so there is nice control of the flow. I have not had luck with the larger bottles from the piano supply houses. I've been using a lacquer from M.L. Campbell I got at a local high end finishing store.  It doesn't say water white or clear.......but is.
