When the decision was made to offer the new spiral binding (a huge im=
provement) it had to be accompanied by cost cuts in order to stay in budget.=
As you mentioned, the information is there, it just takes a little mo=
re time to find it. I think this was well thought out by the board/hom=
e office, it just comes down to which feature is more important to the indiv=
idual user. I prefer the current version that actually will open flat =
when I use it. Of course the other option is to include all features a=
nd pay more. Story of my life: "Prices have just gone up si=

I just used my new 2005 membership directory to refer someone to a tech in =
another town. Unfortunately, the chapter listings no longer have=
the members city in the info. Bad idea. We have a b=
ig chapter and I don't know where everyone lives. I ended up gue=
ssing the locale of a good tech and gave his number. The general=
listing alphabetically does give the city of each member, so why not in the=
chapter listings? This is not an improvement...not well thought out..=
