<p><br>After soaking with your usual mixture for loosening glue, just use
a fairl sharp edge to push them through to the middle and then pull the
whole thing out with tweezers or needle nose pliers or something of the
sort.
<p>I dont re-thread the new bushings through again as I have never found
a good enough reason to do so.
