Here is a neat maintenance scheduling program I stumbled across. It's developed for scientific/technical equipment but looks perfectly suitable for institutional piano maintenance. I have not tried this, but have tried other software from the same author and report that it seems well designed and very functional. Unlike some of his other programs, this one is freeware and can be downloaded from his site:<BR>
