The Steinway Baby Grand in Rm. 175 is in need of repairs, as follows: The

2nd F & 3rd C have a lever malfunction of some sort and the upper

the keyboard has fallen out of tune. Perhaps a full re-tuning would be in
line. <br><br>

It was actually one of the more precise notes I've received in a long

he even signed the note, which is unusual. <br><br>
It was jack tenders unglued, as I suspected. We have a lot of that era
L's (1972) <br>
and it's a very common problem. <br><br>
