<HTML>Jeff, I agree completely.  I personally am against unions as they ( in my opi= nion) can do more harm than good. They have their place in business. I just = don't like them nor agree with their way of doing business.My point was that= , with regard to collective bargaining,  unions do act as a powerful to= ol to help regulate salary wages.
