expected to have a "perfect" set of flanges "out of =

box," as Ron suggests, in the four sets I've installed since =

also experienced the very same consistant results Eugenia reports, =

which may be similar to yours is to install new parts, rough-in the
regulation, and send it out to play for a few months, adjusting as
necessary. After things have been allowed to play in, I will =
do the
weigh-off, address friction (re-pinning as necessary) and re-weight =
the
key-set. My regret, as Eric may alude to, is in having to do a =
thorough re-pinning now, as perhaps "preliminary" to the
re-pinning I will no doubt have to do after wear-in. Y'all =
catch that?

entirely confident in our ability to acheive precise results through =
re-pinning (burnishing and sparse reaming as necessary), but have =
even a bit
more reverence for the long-lasting stability of the original pin =
fit.
ie: I like the "wet" fit method of conforming bushing =
cloth
centres to the pin shape, and it's what I use when re-bushing my own =
flanges.</FONT></SPAN></P>
