With regard to the manufacturer, I thanked = them for past quality, good service, and in a manner my American friends describe = as "pathetically Canadian," apologized for having to bother them. I will this afternoon install these flanges = and hang hammers.  The piano will shortly be onstage, and I hope "mass" re-pinning will wait til the December break.
