Keyboard labs

I am involved with selecting a electronic keyboard lab.  Does anyone have
any suuggestions as to:       The manufacturer
                                The hardward available
                                The software in use
                                Lease or Buy
                                Service Contracts
We will be doing this project soon (over next semester) and are presently
in the talking stages with Roland and Yamaha over a lease program. Anyone
with experience in this type of program?  There must be some benefits and
no doubt some problems to watch for in this type of contract.
