The PTG Membership Directory has a listing of "Technicians Organizations in Other Countries" (p.13 in `94 edition). It includes the Canadian Assoc. of Piano Technicians as well as La Fraternite de Accordeurs et Techniciens de Piano du Quebec and the Ontario Guild of Piano Technicians. I don't suppose the Ancott goes as far as, say, Consumer Reports' auto shopper subscription which gives breakdown on what each component costs (ie. stereo, different paint jobs, seat coverings, types of glass, etc.)? I wonder if the local library carries a copy of the Ancott. Probably not enough demand....
