[Stanwood] A question for you. How do you set dip/aftertouch? With your method is there any leeway? I mean could you shave a little off the 0.025" and still have an eensy weensy bit of aftertouch? I've heard it said that this minimal aftertouch is common in Europe. -------------- Message title change intentional. Your point about 'minimal aftertouch' is certainly true. While working at a large dealership in the '70's, I recall trying to "fix" the aftertouch on a number of pianos (Bechstein and Bluthner come to mind) that weren't broken. I've had no access to recent production, but on the earlier vintages, if you wanted aftertouch, you had to imagine it! Jim Harvey
