Dear Mark:

I think Pacific has downsized following the earthquake (for which they had no
insurance coverage and it probably left them penniless).  Most of their
business now consists of importing parts from Japan and selling them
wholesale to other supply companies, rather than selling a little of
everything to the "general public" (that is, technicians).  However, they
still do retail business too, but with a more limited range of products than
before.
