bass str. space pblm (I'm almost done!)

Hi, Gordon,
      I have not yet met Jack Ervin.
      We still need rain.  Maybe I should do a rain dance.
      Was there a problem with breaking strings on this piano that makes
you want to solve a problem, or is this simply an easthic issue.  I have seen
strings riding on other pins, other coils without a problem.  I have an S&S D
with three strings on other coils and none of them have been a problem for
more than thirtky years.
