re scale change

I am going to pretend I am not a piano technician and try and put myself in the
position of a customer who has solicited the services of a technician to rebuild
my Steinway piano.

If I discovered that a technician altered the scale on my Steinway without
consulting me, I would be rather upset. Be careful when doing such things. In
addition to the possibility of creating ill will, you just might get sued.
