Ivory and Bone info

1. Does anyone know the phone number of the fellow in Little Compton R.I.
   that does new bone keyboards?

2. Is there anyone else out there doing new bone work?
   (I know Don Bunch of SC is out of the business.)

3. Is there anyone who specializes in taking a good set of ivory from one
   keyboard and installing them on another?
