We have a similar situation here at Rutgers with a Yamaha dealer, except we do not get a per centage and we store our old stock which I will be restoring for future use. Our chair is not happy with the deal, but I am. Less maintenance for me. Our Kawai's constantly break strings for two reasons. 1. Scale evaluation has revealed too high tension and too low inharmonicity. 2. Too hard a hammer. I have been replacing with Ronson to great effect and nice tone. Newton
