Do you mention "stretching of strnigs" because the piano is in the first year
of a restringing? If so, you'd be lucky to drop only "12-25 cents" after a
six month interval on fresh wire, and more likely 30 cents.
If these are not fresh wires, a seasonal swing from 60-30% requiring "a
second pitch raise of 12 to 25 cents" is quite reasonable.
