What's the difference between an RPT and an RPT (you guess which is which)? The one knew what he or she wanted, invested in a proper formal training and education, gets paid good money and doesn't care who knows what RPT stands for. The other backed into the business (from being dissatisfied with working for someone else), "picked up" a little knowledge while practicing on the job, and complains (among other things) that the world doesn't beat a path to his or her doorstep because he's an RPT. Sorry to be nasty. It's the mood I'm in tonight. Richard West University of Nebraska
