It is very complete and includes a scheduler. You can get a demo disk from Dean he is listed in the PTG directory in Michigan. I don't know of any windows software that is available for sale. I use Paradox for Windows and it works well but it has not been bullet proofed for someone else to use. You know the bugs of your own system and how to fix them.
