Unions

[Newton Hunt]

Hi, All,
      Rutgers University and some other state institutes are about to have
their administration personel unionized.
      I am in the administrative line, as opposed to staff line and have
never been a member of a untion.  I am, essentiall, opposed to untions but
will have little or no choise in the matter.
      I would appreciate those technicians that are union members send me
thier thoughts and experiences in this matter.
