Hi, Larry,
      The most consistant rebuilder in New York is A C Piano Craft.  They
were in Queens but I moved into Manhattan but I do no know where.  He can
pick up the phone book and find out.  He can also talk to several guild
members who are also listed.
      As for hammer hanging, I do my own but A C does their own as well.
      Nice to have some other folks come.
