Welcome to the pianotech,
Do NOT use adjustable flanges. The slot tends to widen with age and
tightening causing the hammers to wander all over the place.
Get the glanges and shank that matches the original as close as
possible. One little problem I have noticed is that the bottom of the flange
to center pin is less than original. By placing a sheet of hobby shop
popular of 1/16" under the flanges with holes drilled and snadpaper applied
with nicely solve this problem.
