I have placed this item on the list before, but in the hopes of coming up with an answer with some new faces on here, I am asking again, anyone know what was in the original Tuners' Supply center pin lubricant? I don't want to get into the pros, and cons of this stuff, I have found a secondary use for it, which has nothing to do with center pins. But, for this application, it is the best of its type. So, for this reason, before my supply runs out, I'd like to find a source for the original formula, the ingredients in order to make it up, or both. Many thanks For those who are curious, I have found that it is first rate in making unplayable reels of old tape that were unplayable due to cohesion problems playable for one time only.
