Round bearings do not an accelerated action make. Acceleration has to do with
key weight placement; from balance rail to front of key.
The black line should face the front to be seen by the technician. If in doubt
find the drill bit that fits the hole best and observe the angle of the bit to
the work serface and install to match the angle of the balance rail pins.
The purpose of the black line is to help orient the bearing.
