yamaha broken strings

Mary:

Strings break at the capo bar because of wire fatigue.  When a piano
here starts breaking a lot of strings, I replace all the strings in the
top two sections, and that will stop it for 2 or 3 years.  It is just
the continual pounding that bends the wire past the elastic limit too
many times.  I have to do that a lot here.
