On the lighter side.....since the piano is in a nursing home, has it
contracted rheumatism or arthritis??    I hope they will record the daily
RH's for you, because most of the nursing home staff I deal with around
here won't even talk to the piano technician, let alone pay him (or her).

Please excuse my light-hearted answer, as I just returned from a
"working" vacation at DisneyWorld, where, by the way, their piano techs.
are apparently treated not so well from what I heard. I realize this is
not appropriate for the list, so I have kept it short.
