It seems to me that there is some agreement between the US and Cuba on the exchange of artistic talent -- going through the State Department, arranged by them, musicians go to Cuba to perform and, I believe, some Cuban musicions come to the States as well. That being the case, and since what we do with/to/for pianos is often considered an "art", has anyone given any thought to approaching the State Department to see if they would facilitate a means of exchanging this "art"?
