I agree 100%, you have hit the nail right on the head.  I am planning on
having a
beer with my Dept Chair and letting him know that I have come to the
conclusion
that working for the College is more trouble than it is worth to me,
poarticularly
since a head strong, but not strong in the head, piano professor caused a
whole bunch of inferior pianos to be purchased and now I have to put them
right.  Baloney!
