Bill and Fern

John,

I agree completely with your sentiments regarding Fern and Bill.
Their contributions to my own continuing education have been
tremendous and generous. They are an inspiration to me and I
feel truly fortunate to know them. That someone as valuable and
hardworking as Fern be forced to resort to resignation is a
deep shame for the Guild. An historical lowpoint.

We should be learning from one another and repairing pianos
instead of bringing charges. Have these litigious folks nothing
better to do? It is criminal waste of time.
