Keith: Silicone can never be totaly gotten rid of , especially if it has seeped into the wood. You can try ot clean some of it off with Naptha, but I doubt if it will really do the job. As you indicated, where the stuff was put is not damaging the piano. But maybe if you do try, it will give her the results she is looking for. Wim
