Lorlin, Before going to work for manufacturers I used to provide a 5 year parts and labor warranty on the work done, against defects in materials and workmanship. I specified that the warranty was only valid as long as I was providing all regular service to the piano, and this was a part of the original contract which the owner signed prior to beginning the job. It always served me well. After you come up with something, I'd suggest that paying an attorney to review it would be a good idea, to make sure that it was legally defensible.
