Hi Al
The biggest problem I've noticed in the two pianos I service that
originated in Colorado is that they both seem to need three tunings a year
instead of two. Since one of the pianos is a Walter, originally from the
Midwest, this is a little odd, but the customers are willing to pay, so
everybody's happy. I would check the action screws and parts
alignment when it comes in. If those screws are loose, everything will
be towards the bass.
