Lester Spinets? $$$

Is this at all possible?  a 50 year old spinet for $700-$1400 ??
Please tell me there was a typo there, or I am in the wrong end of the piano
world.
Though I don't work on verticals,(shoulder operations, both sides), I see
spinets for sale here beginning at $700,  and usually ending up selling for
$300-$500.
